Made LV is the latest and greatest to come from restaurateur Elizabeth Blau and chef Kim Canteenwalla here in Las Vegas. Between Made and sister restaurant Honey Salt right down the road, Summerlin is shaping up to be a very exciting place to live right now. I had the pleasure of stopping by the new Tivolli Village location last weekend and was pumped to see this new American Tavern locked and loaded with great food, tons of happy locals and a vibrant atmosphere!
Baked Artichokes – Freekeh stuffing, Parmesan, lemon, herbs, garlic
The Made Cheese Board – Balsamic roasted black mission figs, fresh, goat cheese, pistachios, pomegranate, arugula + more
Bacon and Eggs – Thick cut bacon, deviled egg, red onion jam, grilled multigrain
Banana Pudding – Nilla wafers, whipped cream, salted caramel
Bag of Donut Holes – Cinnamon sugar dusted, homemade jam
So far I have only dipped my toes in when it comes to this awesome menu. Luckily I live right down the street so frequent trips back won’t be an issue at all. I’ve heard wonderful things about the Dirty Mac and Cheese, Loaded S’Mores Nachos, and the Pulled BBQ Pork; stay tuned for updates on all of these and more!
