I first met Donald Link at the Life is Beautiful festival back in 2014. I watched a cooking demo he did at the festival and ended up chatting with him for a few minutes afterwards. To me Donald is the kind of guy you just want to sit around with, have a beer and chat about Louisiana culture. When James and I decided that we wanted to go to New Orleans for our honeymoon this fall, I knew Herbasint had to be on our list. We arrived full of excitement and exceptions and were promptly greeted with cocktails and an incredible meal. I had to narrow down the photos or this post would have been 10 pages long, but here’s a look at some of the goods!
