Hey South Florida Lovers! Today I’m here to tell you about a really gorgeous new restaurant open in the Westin Fort Lauderdale, Sirens Table. I was invited to dinner there last night (for those of you who saw my Insta and were wondering) and the whole experience was awesome!! For a restaurant just getting started, they really have pretty much everything dialed in. We were given a 5 course tasting menu that walked through some of the main menu highlights and favorites. With each new course, the chef came out and talked to us about the food and the story behind it. It turns out that a lot of their fish and produce are locally sourced in South FL which is music to my ears. Checkout some of my favorite moments below!
Amuse Bouche – Ahi Tuna Tartare Tostada
First – Lobster Bisque Cappuccino
Second – Spinach & Watermelon Salad
Third – Butter and Lemon Braised Scallops
Main – Dry Aged Prime Rib New York Strip
Dessert – Passion Fruit Panna Cotta
Equally as exciting as the menu itself was the wine/cocktail parting to go along with it! Sirens Table has a really incredible selection of house cocktails, a few of which you can see in the photos here. My favorite? The Sirens Song (YUM!).
The last few photos of our NY Strip and dessert were too dark to share here, but I will tell you they were two of the best courses. The NY Strip was served on a bed of potatoes and creamed spinach that absolutely blew my mind. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the Sirens Table family for having my friends and I out for this incredible meal. I definitely can’t wait to head back again!
