Happy Saturday guys! Theres no better way to kick off a weekend than with a sparkling cocktail and when it comes to choosing the right one, I always go for a fresh bellini. Normally I would whip up a peach puree style mix, but I came across this raspberry ice bellini recipe and had to give it a try!
1 container (6 ounces) fresh raspberries
6 tablespoons raspberry liqueur, such as Chambord 1 bottle (750 ml)
brut sparkling wine
