Old Fashion Chocolate Bundt Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache Glaze

Happy First Day of Fall everybody! In honor of my favorite time of the year I wanted to take a second to share this incredible Dark Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe from The Kitchy Kitchen. Theres no better time than fall to perfect your bundt making skills, and I think this one is a great way to go!

What you’ll Need:

5 ounces dark chocolate (3/4 cups), plus 2 ounces finely chopped dark chocolate (about 1/3 cup)
4 ounces unsalted butter, plus enough to grease the pan
1/2 cup cocoa powder
I used Valrhona
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream

3 ounces dark chocolate (about 1/2 cup), chopped
1/2 tablespoon corn syrup
1/3 cup heavy cream
