Hi guys! As we begin (unbelievably) the next month of 2017, I am trying hard to keep up my promise of staying organized and planning out each new month as it arrives. February was huge. I attended the South Beach Food and Wine Festival, traveled to Key West, made some huge improvements to my ecommerce businesses, and spent a solid amount of time at the beach. Not to shabby right? Well March is going to be a whole other story. I have twice the work lined up, and three times the amount of events and plans. That’s ok tho, I am beyond excited to kick everything off today!
First up is a new collab with my friend Brigette. She owns an amazing artist studio in Idaho called The Garden City Projects. We are teaming up this month over on The Rove Collective to launch a fun new collection! You can shop all her jewelry, artwork, and crafts starting later today.
Next up is the Taste of Tennis event in Miami. If I wasn’t incredibly excited about this before, last week they announced Chef Michelle Bernstein was going to be one of the guest chefs at the event. Say it with me now…. OMG!!! I first learned about Michelle years ago before moving to Miami and knew when I did move here about a year ago, that I had to try out all her restaurants. I did not however think I would get the chance to meet her so let me just tell you, I’m counting down the days! The best part of this event is that you can actually still get tickets if you’re interested, just click here. Amazing food and tennis, that’s not really a combo you can go wrong with!
Lastly is planning for my upcoming 30th birthday and trip to New Orleans in May. My mission this month is to find a killer AirBNB as well as some fun new things to do. I CAN NOT WAAAIT! New Orleans is one of my favorite places on the planet and I wish so badly I was there this week celebrating Mardi Gras. Last fall we spent some time there and made our way to Herbsaint (photo above), Tableau, Bayona, Dickie Brennans, Mothers, Cafe Du Monde and a few others. If you’ve got any suggestions as to new places we can check out I would love to know!
Stay tuned for my recap of #SOBEWFF coming your way later this week, along with my second collab for the month over at Collars4Change!
