Garlic + Egg + Kale Crostini


Crostini is one of those magical things. You can do anything with it, serve it anytime of day, and you’re almost guaranteed that everybody will love it. Last night I was feeling complete lazy and had no desire to cook up a big dinner. So I stopped at the local market on the way home for some fresh bread, then loaded it up with leftover caramelized onions, sautéed kale, an egg, some garlic chips and pecorino. Then voila! A yummy little dinner. Not too heavy but packed with protein and veggies.
