In order to share (and remember) some of my favorite Las Vegas dishes so far, I’ll be sharing a look here in Local Flavor! Today I’m craving the insane Burrata from Honey Salt. This is a restaurant I would literally go back to weekly if I could. The farm to table approach to food is near and dear to this Vermont girl’s heart, and they really do a fantastic job. This dish is part of their Market Greens section and is not to be passed up.
The Flavor: figs, basil, balsamic, extra virgin olive oil.. plus, order Kim’s style with shaved bittersweet chocolate!
