Bite Sized Baked Bree


I’m a huge fan of anything bite sized. Really, how could you not love a mini version of your favorite dish? This Bite Sized Baked Bree is the perfect app for your Thanksgiving dinner next week. It’s got everything a mini pastry should have including sea salt and bree, some of my favorite ingredients!

What you’ll Need:

2 sheets puff pastry, thawed but still cold

1/2 wedge of brie (about 4 ounces), cold

1/3 cup cherry jam (or any flavor you fancy!)

1 large egg, beaten

splash of milk

coarse sea salt
