Apple Oat Crumble

If you’ve been reading AM over the past few weeks, you’ve probably noticed the increase in vegan/vegetarian recipes. I’ve been really fortunate to come across so many amazing new blogs with a focus in that type of cuisine and love sharing it with you guys. Today’s recipe is an Apple Oat Crumble from A House in the Hills. Fun fact – it’s Gluten, Dairy and Refined Sugar Free!

What you’ll Need:

4 medium Fuji apples
3 cups of gluten free oats
1 lemon
7 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup or coconut sugar or vegan butter
2 tablespoons oat flour (check the packaging to ensure it’s gluten free, or make your own!)
sea salt
