Living in Las Vegas, I never thought fall would actually arrive. It’s been between 80-90 degrees since I moved here and I’ve been taunted with Facebook posts from all my VT friends posting pictures of the incredible mountain foliage. To my surprise and delight however, I woke up this morning to a 59 degree temp and decided to make the best of it! There’s nothing like a great Friday afternoon cocktail, and this Apple Cider & Ginger Beer recipe seemed perfect!
Cinnamon Stick (Optional)
Combine 3 parts apple cider to 2 parts ginger beer. Add 1 part vodka. Serve over ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
